Lookupp Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Lookupp platform (the mobile app, website, and related services, collectively the “Platform”). By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy & Data Policy
1. Eligibility
a. Must be 13+; under 18 requires parental consent.
b. Not available in embargoed countries.
2. Account Registration
a. Accounts are required to earn and redeem rewards.
b. One account per person unless authorized.
c. You are responsible for keeping login details secure.
3. Acceptable Use
a. Use Lookupp only for its intended purpose.
b. No bots, automation, reverse engineering, or misuse.
c. Violations may lead to suspension or termination.
4. Rewards and Research
a. Points may be earned for participating in Lookupp Zones.
b. Daily limits may apply.
c. Rewards vary by region and availability.
d. Rewards are discretionary and may be withheld, modified, or revoked at any time at our sole discretion. They do not create a legal entitlement or guarantee.
e. Research Use: We may use anonymized and aggregated data for research to study digital well-being and improve our services.

5. App Updates

6. User Responsibilities
a. Keep your login details secure.
b. Report unauthorized access or suspicious activity.
c. Do not misuse or compromise the Platform.
7. Limitation of Liability
a. Platform provided “as is” and “as available.”
b. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
c. Users accept that no system is immune from all risks.
8. User Content
a. You are responsible for the content you submit.
b. We may remove inappropriate or offensive content.
9. Suspension and Termination
a. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations or at our discretion.
b. Termination results in loss of accumulated points and rewards.
10. Dispute Resolution (Arbitration)
a. Binding arbitration in Virginia.
b. No jury trial or class actions.
11. Governing Law
Virginia law applies.
12. Third-Party Services
a. Lookupp integrates with third-party services (e.g., Firebase, analytics, reward partners).
b. While we carefully select providers, we are not responsible for their policies, practices, or content.
c. You are encouraged to review the privacy and security policies of any third-party services you engage with through Lookupp.
13. Refunds & Cancellations
All purchases are final unless required by law.
14. Accessibility
We are committed to making Lookupp accessible to all users. Please contact us if you experience barriers or need policies in an alternative format.
15. Privacy Policy
By using Lookupp, you also agree to our Privacy & Data Policy, which explains how we handle your personal data, user rights, and data retention practices.
16. Data Retention
a. Account data is retained indefinitely until you request deletion of your account or until retention is no longer required by law.
b. Aggregated or anonymized data may be kept indefinitely for analytics and research.
17. Privacy Requests & Verification
a. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data.
b. We may request reasonable verification of your identity before fulfilling privacy-related requests to protect your account.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates take effect upon posting in the app. Continued use indicates acceptance. Up-to-date Terms and Conditions will be posted on our website.
